Are you enjoying the present or the future?

Hi, ,

The other day, I was rejoicing in my heart that spring is only a month away, the time when nature comes back to life. I smiled and energized.

It was a wonderful day!

Still, I wondered why I am happy when it is not yet spring. It’s winter, it’s cold, and the sun is smiling with big teeth. Wouldn’t it be better to wait for spring to rejoice?

No!

I’m happy now, today!

The same thing happens in our lives. We tell ourselves that we will be happy when we get that thing, that relationship, that position, that something we want. Only then will we be happy. Until then, we wait.

We forget very quickly that happiness comes from those little daily joys.

Don’t wait! Enjoy today!

Enjoy the present!

A sunny day!

It writes scripts, screenplays, daily mini-series in which we are the hero, the victim, the moralist and the savior. They say, “If you could see yourself through other people’s eyes…” Or, “If you could see yourself as I see you, […]

Why do we love traveling?

A few days ago, my girlfriend asked me a question that really got me thinking: Why do most people have such an attraction to traveling? What do we actually get out of it? An interesting question, one I hadn’t thought of before from this angle. I took for granted that we all like to travel. […]
