Delivery and returns
- Delivery
1.1. Physical books
Printed books are delivered by courier to the address indicated by the customer in the order.
The estimated delivery time is 5 working days from confirmation of payment. In busy periods, promotions, public holidays or situations beyond the seller’s control, the delivery time may be extended and the customer will be informed as far as possible.
The delivery cost is displayed before the order is finalized. In the absence of an agreement to the contrary, the trader is legally obliged to deliver the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days after conclusion of the contract.
1.2. E-book
Digital e-book products are delivered exclusively in electronic format to the email address provided by the customer or via download link after confirmation of payment.
The estimated delivery time for the e-book is immediately upon confirmation of payment, barring unforeseen technical circumstances.
The customer is responsible for filling in the correct e-mail address. The seller is not liable for the impossibility of delivery caused by a wrongly entered email address by the customer.
- Return policy
2.1. Return for physical cards
Under the applicable legislation on distance contracts, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date on which he or she takes physical possession of the product, without having to justify his or her decision. To exercise this right, simply send a clear request by email to contact@claudiusimion.ro .
After sending the withdrawal request, the product must be returned within a maximum of 14 days. The seller shall reimburse the sums received, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days from the date on which he was informed of the withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. The direct cost of the return shall be borne by the customer, if the website informs the customer in advance.
The returned product must be sent in the same condition in which it was received, without unjustified damage. The customer is only responsible for any diminution in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
2.2. Return for e-book
In the case of digital products delivered electronically, the right of withdrawal is lost once the delivery/downloading has started, if the customer has given his express prior consent for the delivery to start and has confirmed that he understands that he loses his right of withdrawal. This must be made clear in the checkout by an explicit tick or wording.
3.3. Wrong or damaged products
If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel at contact@claudiusimion.ro and send us your order number, a brief description of the problem and, if possible, relevant photos. We will review your request and get back to you with a replacement or refund solution as appropriate.
