- How to Buy
On claudiusimion.ro, you can order books in physical format or as e-books, depending on the product selected. To place an order, select the desired book, choose the available format, add it to your cart, fill in your billing and delivery details, and then complete the order using the payment method available at checkout. After the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.
Orders are processed in the order in which they are placed, on business days. The seller reserves the right to contact the customer to clarify or confirm certain orders, if necessary.
Products are available subject to the stock displayed on the website. If a product ordered is no longer available after the order has been placed, you will be informed as soon as possible, and the amount paid will be refunded in full if payment has already been made.
- How to Pay
Payment for products is made online by card through the Stripe payment processor or by bank transfer to the ING account RO47INGB0000999917512251.
Once payment has been confirmed, the order enters processing. If the transaction is not authorized, the order will not be completed, and the customer will need to retry the payment or use another valid card.
The prices displayed on the website are expressed in RON and include all applicable taxes, except for the delivery cost, which is displayed separately in the cart and/or on the checkout page before the order is finalized.
