Each product is presented with a description, price, and, where applicable, available options. Information regarding the main characteristics of each product must be clearly communicated before the order is completed. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We make every effort to ensure that the information displayed on the website is accurate and up to date. However, display errors regarding description, availability, or price may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct the information and to notify the customer before processing the order.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><b> Prices and Invoicing<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All prices displayed on the website are expressed in <\/span><b>RON\/EUR <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.<\/span><\/p><p><b>The delivery cost is RON 20<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and is displayed separately before the order is finalized. The law requires that the total price and any additional costs be displayed before the user becomes contractually bound. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The invoice is issued based on the information provided by the customer in the order form. Physical books<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Physical products are delivered by courier to the address indicated by the customer in the order.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The estimated delivery time is <\/span><b>5 business days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from payment confirmation, unless a different timeframe is specified on the product page or at checkout.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unless otherwise agreed, the trader must deliver the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the contract. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The customer is required to verify the accuracy of the delivery details entered. We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.<\/span><\/p><p><b>7.2. E-book<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">E-books are delivered exclusively in electronic format, by email, through a user account, via download link, or by any other method indicated on the website, after payment confirmation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the trader must also provide information regarding functionality and interoperability where such information is relevant. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The estimated delivery time for an e-book is <\/span><b>immediate<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> upon payment confirmation, except in the event of unforeseen technical issues.<\/span><\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li><b> Right of Withdrawal for Individuals<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34\/2014, the consumer benefits from a <\/span><b>14-day<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> period to withdraw from a distance contract without being required to justify the decision. In the case of goods, this period starts on the date on which the consumer, or a person indicated by them, takes physical possession of the product. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an unequivocal statement to the email address <\/span><a href=\"mailto:contact@claudiusimion.ro\"><b>contact@claudiusimion.ro<\/b><\/a><b>.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The customer must return the product within a maximum of <\/span><b>14 days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from the date the withdrawal is communicated. The seller shall reimburse the amounts paid within no more than <\/span><b>14 days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from the date on which it was informed of the withdrawal, using the same payment method, but may withhold the reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or until proof of dispatch has been provided, unless the seller has offered to recover the goods itself. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The customer bears the direct cost of returning the product, provided that the website informs them of this in advance. <\/span><\/p><ol start=\"9\"><li><b> Exception to the Right of Withdrawal for E-books<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For digital e-book products supplied electronically and not delivered on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal is lost if performance has begun during the legal withdrawal period and the customer:<\/span><\/p><ol><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">has given prior express consent for the supply to begin; <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">has confirmed that they understand they will lose their right of withdrawal.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><ol start=\"10\"><li><b> Return of Physical Products<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Returned physical products must be sent to the following address: <\/span><b>Romania, 050801 Bucharest, Bucharest, Baltagului 5, Block V81, Staircase 3, Apartment 81<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, without unjustified damage. The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product. This principle derives from the rules on withdrawal and reimbursement set out in GEO no. 34\/2014. <\/span><\/p><ol start=\"11\"><li><b> Non-conforming, Incorrect, or Damaged Products<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the delivered product is incorrect, damaged, or non-conforming, the customer is requested to contact us as soon as possible at <\/span><a href=\"mailto:contact@claudiusimion.ro\"><b>contact@claudiusimion.ro<\/b><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">stating the order number and a description of the issue, ideally accompanied by photographs.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For physical goods sold to consumers, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery that becomes apparent within <\/span><b>2 years<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from the date of delivery. In the event of non-conformity, the consumer is entitled to have the goods brought into conformity free of charge, within a reasonable period not exceeding <\/span><b>15 calendar days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and if the contract is terminated, the seller shall refund the price upon receipt of the goods or proof of return, using the same payment method. <\/span><\/p><ol start=\"12\"><li><b> Intellectual Property<\/b><\/li><\/ol><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The entire content of the website, including, but not limited to, texts, images, graphics, cover artwork, descriptions, design elements, logo, and digital materials, belongs to <\/span><b>SIMION CORNELIU CLAUDIU PFA <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">or is used based on lawful rights of use.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Copying, distributing, publishing, transmitting, modifying, or otherwise using the content without the prior written consent of the rights holder is prohibited.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the case of e-books, the purchase grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right of use for personal reading only.
